The phone apps (Android and iPhone)
Install the app for the camera, background ride sharing and offline riding.
Steps
- Android: open tripsbadge.com/android-app on your phone and tap Download, then open the file to install it.
- iPhone: install from the link the Tripsbadge team shares (App Store coming soon).
- Open the app and log in. Allow camera, microphone and location when asked.
- Most updates arrive by themselves, because the app shows the live Tripsbadge site. A new download is needed only for bigger updates.
Tips
- Use Menu → “Refresh the app” to load the newest version straight away.
Questions
Android says the file may be harmful
Android warns about every app that is not from the Play Store. Tap “Download anyway”, then allow installing from your browser when asked.
The app shows an offline page
You have no internet. Ride together still works offline between phones nearby (see Offline mode).
