Ride troubleshooting
Location not moving, voice not working, cannot join? Start here.
Steps
- Check “Share my location” is on in Ride settings.
- On the website, keep the ride page open with the screen on. The phone app shares in the background.
- Allow location (and microphone for voice) for Tripsbadge in your phone settings.
Questions
My dot does not move
Location is off or blocked for Tripsbadge, or the screen went to sleep (switch on Keep screen on).
Voice does not connect
Voice comes only with rides started by a Gold member. Allow the microphone and check your signal.
“You were removed from this ride”
The leader removed you, so you cannot join it again. Start your own ride or join another.
The ride ended by itself
Rides end after 12 hours without activity or 48 hours in total. Ended rides and chats are deleted a day later.
